One platform for insurer-sponsored wildfire defense. Carriers activate, dispatch commits engines, crews log every home, and each step becomes a signed, sealed record the carrier can check for itself. The same crews assess enrolled homes before the season, so carriers get verified mitigation too.
Real screens from the working demo, with sample data.
Every step is written once, stamped with time and place, and linked to the step before it. Change any entry and every link after it stops matching.
Picks the fire and the policies to protect.
9c1e…04abAccepts, ranks homes by distance to the perimeter, assigns engines.
51d7…e9f2Logs arrival, prep and departure in three taps, with or without signal.
a3f9…c21eSees each step live, re-checks the chain, downloads the proof.
5e2d…08b7The same app that keeps the record also does the work on the fire ground: where the fire is, where the water is, what the house looks like, and where every engine has been.
Each entry records how far the fire was from the home, when that map was made, the wind, any red flag warning and satellite heat nearby.
Fire 0.4 mi from the home · Wind SW 18 mph · Red Flag WarningNASA satellite heat detections from the last 24 hours, with a warning when heat shows up outside the mapped fire edge.
Hydrants, cisterns, pools, ponds and tanks, confirmed by crews each spring. Homes with nothing usable within 1,000 ft are flagged “No water on site” and move up the queue so a tender can go too.
Crews see the front of the home, the driveway, the gate, the water source and the hazards before they arrive. Carriers see the same photos.
Where each engine has been over the last three hours while it is checked in. Seen only by the defense firm, never by insurers.
One tap opens driving directions to the home. Dispatch can export the fire, the homes, water and crew trails to open in Google Earth.
An operations center view for headquarters and each satellite location: every fire, home and engine on one map, an engine board, a live feed and alarms for overdue crews.
Crews confirm lookouts, communications, escape routes and safety zones, then check in on a timer. A missed check-in or a call for help sounds the alarm at dispatch.
Dispatch opens crew days and fills them in driving order. With the homeowner’s consent and the insurer’s approval, owners pick a time from a text, get a reminder, and hear when the crew is on the way.
Built and working in the demo with sample data. The live weather and satellite feeds, and full field use, are what the 2027 pilot season will prove.
FireHelm is in a working demo today, with sample data, and we are planning pilots for the 2027 fire season.
We’ll show the demo live: an insurer activation, dispatch, a crew visit and the record that comes out of it.
